#10- Lemon Balm, Melissa officinalis

Lemon balm is a perennial plant that does well in part shade. Give it room to grow and it will spread!

In the video below, I mentioned many attributes of Lemon Balm but I did forget to tell you of its anti-fungal properties, which is awesome news for those of us dealing with Candida issues.

There are so many ways to include Lemon Balm in your diet. I mention a few in the video below but here are some more suggestions: 
Infuse it in white wines
Make herbal vinegar and salad dressings
Infuse in honey (let the herb sit fully covered in honey for 2 weeks then strain)
If you have a Vitamix or Ninja, blend it into cake, muffin or pancake batter
