#5- CRAMPBARK, Viburnum opulus
Crampbark is commonly referred to as “snowball bush”. It flowers in the WNC Appalachian Mountains in late May or early June. Children love to gather the flowers and have “snowball” fights in late Spring. This plant is an amazing antispasmodic and can help bring relief and comfort to those needing it.
