#12- GARLIC, Allium sativum
Garlic is an amazing food and medicine. In the video below I mention Garlic’s anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, anti-viral, anti-parasitic, and anti-tumor properties but I failed to mention that as garlic attacks micro organisms it also stimulates our immune system and activates phagocytes, B-cells and T-cells.
